A New York City original since 1995, Duck Down Music has been powerfully representing the promise and artistry of Hip-Hop for 30 years and counting. A list of the artists who've collaborated on albums with the label reads like an encyclopedia of NYC rap history: Pharoahe Monch, KRS-One, Talib Kweli, Smif-N-Wessun, Black Moon, 9th Wonder, Sean Price, Statik Selektah, and on and on. As a completely independent distribution and marketing company, co-founders Drew Friedman and Kenyatta Blake have proven that the DIY spirit of Hip-Hop can nurture and sustain careers for decades. At this unforgettable anniversary party at Damrosch Park, organized by guest curator and the voice and personality of Spotify’s AI DJ, Xavier “X” Jernigan, Duck Down sets up shop for an evening of storytelling, celebration, and historic live performances from Duck Down favorites and surprise guests.

Ticketing / Entry
Reserve in advance through Fast Track: Your Fast Track tickets get you priority entry into the venue up until 10 minutes before showtime. So please arrive on time to secure your seat and look for the Fast Track entrance at the venue. Fast Track closes at 3:00 pm the day of the show, or when Fast Track tickets are all booked—whichever comes first.
Just show up: Entrance to Damrosch Park is located between The Metropolitan Opera and David H. Koch Theater, and can be accessed via 62nd Street or Josie Robertson Plaza. Note: for many performances, the line may extend down 62nd Street, toward Amsterdam. Ticket gates open generally 1 hour before showtime.
For guests unable to stand in line due to a disability, check in with Guest Experience staff one hour before the performance begins at the Information Tent Information located on the East side of Damrosch Park near the venue entrance. Guests are welcome to bring up to 3 companions. Please note that check in does not guarantee entrance and capacity is limited.
